How to take care of St Clair Designs jewelry
Here are some easy steps to keep our jewelry beautiful and in good condition:
I would not recommend chemical cleaners because they can harm other pieces used in your jewelry (some
semi-precious stones for example)
Sterling Silver will tarnish sooner or later. Keep your jewelry in zip lock bags, best with a anti tarnish strip
and you will slower the tarnish process.
- Do not wear our jewelry while in contact with any kind of water. This includes taking a bath or
shower, swimming in saltwater and pools, well water, etc. - Get ready before you put jewelry on. Hairspray and perfume can leave residue on the jewelry.
- Don't leave your jewelry on while doing housework. Cleaning, cooking, etc.. Household cleaners can
be very harmful to your jewelry while cooking can leave grease behind. - Don't wear your jewelry while exercising or sleeping due to the amount of sweat your body produces.
