How to order:
All my creations will be send to you in either a fabric bag or a cotton filled carton box. During the payment
process you will have the oppertunity to leave a note. Please let me know if you prefer a fabric bag or carton
box.
By shopping cart:
Choose the item(s) you would like to order and click on the shopping cart symbol. A shopping cart on
PayPal's website opens up. After putting items 1 in your shopping cart you can go back to my webstore and
keep adding more items to your PayPal shopping cart.
When you are done shopping either choose to pay with your PayPal acount or choose the option to pay with
your credit card.
By E-Mail:
Send me an E-Mail with the item name(s) you would like to order. Let me know if you would like to pay with
your credit card, PayPal account, Personal Check or Money Order.
I will send you and E-Mail where you can directly pay with your credit card or PayPal account if you choose
either one.
If your would like to pay with Personal Check or Money Order I will send you an E-Mail with your total
amount.

Custom Orders
For every custom order I will give you an estimate of the price. This price may change during the
production.
I will start assemble the custom piece as soon as I have received the payment of 50% of the estimated price.
This amount is NOT refundable.
All custom order sales are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Please note that it will take a minimum of 1-2 weeks before I can send out your custom order. There will be a
lot of information and pictures send back and forth and I might have to order extra pieces which will already
take up 1-2 weeks before they will be send to me.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover), PayPal as well as Money Orders
and Personal Checks. If you pay with Personal Check or Money Order we will hold your order pending
receipt of your payment for up to 5 days.
My shopping cart will not accept Personal Check and Money Order payments. Please order by E-Mail if that
is your payment option.
Shipping
All my creation are made to ship out. Please calculate 1-2 days of handling time.
I will send all packages insured with USPS Priority Mail.
Orders from $0.01 to $49.99 get a shipping charge of $6.30 added (this price includes insurance)
Orders from $50.00 to $99.99 get a shipping charge of $7.25 added (this price includes insurance)
For orders $100.00 and up St Clair Designs will cover the shipping cost and insurance for you.
Please contact me for international shipping rates.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with the product you purchased. If the product doesn't meet your expectation
send it back during the first 7 days. The product has to be unworn and needs to be in its original box or bag.
Returns need to be send insured and in a padded envelope or box. The Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping
and handling costs.
If you send the product back uninsured St Clair Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged shipment.
Please send me an E-Mail before you are going to return the product.
A 10% restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund amount.
Repairs
I will guarantee all my work up to 90 days from the day of purchase.
The only exception is the stretch material I use for my stretchy bracelets. That material will loose its stretch
over time and I can't give a warranty on this.
I will cover the shipping cost to send it back as well as all the material and labour costs.
After 90 days I will gladly repair your items, but I will have to charge shipping (plus insurance), material and
labour cost.
